Jeff Farr is a founding partner at Miller Farr LLP; a firm committed to providing clients practical and efficient legal services – real law for real life. Jeff’s primary practice areas include small business counsel, real property law, cannabis law, and civil litigation. Jeff is licensed in both California (2010) and Oregon (2016).
Prior to forming Miller Farr in 2016, Jeff had a solo practice in Silicon Valley, worked for two years as part of the Google eDiscovery team, and was a partner at Arc Law Group. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his JD from Golden Gate University School of Law. During law school, Jeff was an executive editor for the school’s law review, a participant in the Honors Lawyering Program, a Witkin Award recipient, the Contacts Law teaching assistant for two years, and received a specialization certificate in real property law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff was a social worker, a bartender, a children’s counselor, a small business owner, and a music promoter. The diversity of Jeff’s past experiences provides a good foundation from which to understand some of the real-life nuance of his clients’ circumstances, and thereby make Jeff a better counselor and advocate.
When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys adventuring with his wife and children, live music, and being of service to his community.
